Intent

Wainscott Primary School intends to develop experts of technology, weaving computing throughout all curriculum areas. Technology is everywhere and will play a pivotal part in students' lives. Therefore, we want to model how to use a broad range of technology positively, responsibly and safely. We want our pupils to ‘use technology for a purpose’ to enrich their lives and support their passions. We want our pupils to understand that there is always a choice when using technology and as a school we utilise technology positivity.  

By Upper Key Stage 2 we wish children to express their understanding by having the independence and confidence to choose the best tool to fulfil the task and challenge set by teachers.
